The Lingnan Kindergarten and Day Nursery Parent-Teacher Association has passed the revision of the articles of constitution at the 20^th Parent-teacher Election Board Meeting of Lingnan Kindergarten and Nursery on September 8, 2018 (Saturday) 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The revised content is as follows:

Second item of the first page:
Address：”Lingnan Kindergarten and Day Nursery”, 7 Tung Shan Terrace, Situ Road, Hong Kong is changed to “G/F and 1/F, Fu Yee Garden Kindergarten Building, 23 Siu Sai Wan Road, Hong Kong”

Second point of the seventh item:

The title of “Assistant Treasurer” is changed to from 「助理司庫」to 「副司庫」in Chinese

Addition of the position “Multimedia Editor: 1 Parent Member”

Sixth point of the eighth item:
“The Executive Committee shall deposit the funds received in the bank account of the Association. The withdrawal of funds must be approved by the Chairman, Vice-chairman, treasurer, assistant treasurer, and two of the six directors of General affairs, and must include parent directors and ex officio directors. One signatory is valid.” is changed to “The Executive Committee should deposit the Association’s income into the Association’s bank account. Any withdrawals from such bank account shall be signed by 2 of the 6 named members of the Executive Committee, namely, the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson, the Treasurer, the Assistant Treasurer and the General Secretaries and such 2 signatories shall consist of 1 Parent Member and 1 Appointed Member.”

Lingnan Kindergarten and Day Nursery Parent-Teacher Association is a signature of close connection between parents and teachers. The newly elected directors hope to promote the relationship between parents and teachers through different activities such as seminars, to strengthen the communication between schools and families, so that our children can receive better care both at school and at home and grow up happily.
